This talk will highlight how ELIXIR Norway enables secure, ethical, and interoperable sharing of health and genomic data, linking national efforts with European initiatives. It will cover the Norwegian FEGA node for controlled access to sensitive data, as well as contributions to 1+MG and GDI, supporting a coordinated European framework for sensitive data access and analysis. Together, these efforts position ELIXIR Norway as a key actor in advancing FAIR, secure, and scalable health data sharing for research and personalised medicine.
